Creating Auto-fillable Powerpoints

A form field becomes "auto-fillable" once it shares the name with another form field. If you type in a form field with the same name as another form field, the text is automaticilly copied to the other field.

1. Click on a text box
2. Click on Convert to Form Field
3. Change the name of the form field
4. Click on Convert to form field on another text box
5. Change the name of the second form field to be the same as the first form field
6. Click on Create PDF
7. Try it ou

You now have a flattened Power Point presentation.
